GEC manufactured this 6 Valve receiver in 1956. Housed in a Bakelite moulded case. This radio featured 3 reception Wavebands, Medium, Long and VHF selected by means of a rotary switch.
A frame aerial is fitted inside to improve MW & LW reception plus a plate dipole aerial for FM reception. Extension sockets at the rear were provided for gram pick-up, extension speaker also external aerial and earth connections.
