Ferguson manufactured this 4 valve table receiver in 1952. Housed in two-tone light walnut veneered wooden case. This radio featured 3 reception wavebands, medium, long and short selected by means of a rotary switch. An internal frame aerial provides reception of local stations. This radio also features a 3position pre-set tone control switch. Extension loudspeaker, gram pick-up and aerial/earth sockets are fitted on the rear. This receiver has undergone a complete restoration in our museum workshop and is now in full working order.
The retail selling price was £16.3s.1d plus purchase tax.
