The Marconiphone Company Ltd manufactured this 4 Valve AC Mains table model in 1935. The wooden cabinet is covered in a simulated black leather cloth (Rexine). It has chromium plated control knobs, bezels and trims to give it an Odeon Art Deco look (a style popular at the time). The half moon tuning dial displayed some station names rarely seen on present day radios.
