This 5-valve receiver was first introduced in 1950 and housed in a moulded bakelite case. This radio proved to be a very popular model to own at the time and was also available in an ivory cabinet. The radio received on the medium and long wavebands. An internal frame aerial was used for the reception of local stations. The circuit employed 5 valves.
The retail-selling price was £12.1s.8d. including purchase tax.
