This 6-valve set housed in a 2-tone walnut veneered plywood cabinet was first manufactured by HMV in 1953. This radio featured 3 reception wavebands; medium long and FM selected by means of a rotary switch. Internal aerials were fitted for local reception of AM and FM stations.
Sockets at the rear were provided for an extension speaker, and aerial and earth connections.
