This 4 valve battery powered table model was manufactured by EverReady in 1950. The cabinet surface is covered in a light walnut veneer. This radio featured 2 reception wavebands, medium and long selected by means of a central rotary switch. An internal frame aerial is used for the reception of local stations and provision is also made to couple this by a rear socket to an outside aerial to allow for reception of more distant signals. A single combined HT 90v LT 1.5v HT/LT EverReady battery type B136 was used to power the set.
The retail-selling price for this model was £10.12s.6d. plus purchase tax.
